



Esencia Communications was appointed by Marina Bay Sands in Singapore to manage a media famil program to their annual Epicurean Food Market, featuring highly acclaimed chefs including Nancy Silverton, Tetsuya Wakuda, David Thompson, and David Myers. Accompanying a group of hand-selected journalists from major food magazines and national newspapers, Esencia managed their itineraries, including the attendance at a series of Masterclasses, intimate dinners with celebrity chefs, and press interviews. The four day media famil generated almost thirty feature stories on Marina Bay Sands with a media value in excess of $2 million.
