Marina Bay Sands
Esencia Communications was appointed by one of the world’s most luxurious and instagrammable hotels, Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, to manage a media family program to their annual Epicurean Food Market.
The Epicurean Market was a feature event on the hotel’s culinary calendar, with over fifty leading restaurants, wine producers and suppliers from around the world showcasing their food expertise.
Fresh from their Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants victories, award-winning chefs David Thompson (Long Chim) and Tetsuya Wakuda (Waku Ghin) joined renowned International chefs Nancy Silverton (Mozza) and David Myers, all of whom were making special appearances and running VIP Masterclasses at the Epicurean Market.
Accompanying a group of hand-selected journalists from major food magazines and national newspapers, including Australian Gourmet Traveller, Delicious, Signature Luxury and Travel, and the Herald Sun, Esencia managed their itineraries, including the attendance at a series of Cooking Masterclasses, intimate, private dinners with the celebrity chefs, and press interviews.
The four day media family generated almost thirty feature stories on Marina Bay Sands with a media value in excess of $2 million.
